چکیده
Background: Breast cancer is one of the cancers with highest incidence in women. Invasive breast carcinoma found most and infiltrates tissues. LC3B a marker autophagy an important protein involved formation autophagosomes. The acts as tumor suppressor. Therefore, lack LC3 expression has been reported to be associated survival high mortality rates TNBC. Objective: To analyze correlation histopathological grading molecular subtypes invasive no special type (IBC-NST). Methods: This study was analytic cross sectional approach on 40 samples paraffin block diagnosed IBC-NST. Slides were made routine staining hematoxyllin eosin immunohistochemistry LC3B. expressed cytoplasm cells. Scores for based multiplication proportion intensity staining. Correlation IBC-NST statistically tested. Results: Most patients occur age 40-49 years, average 50,1 youngest 27 years oldest 73 years. size according T2 criteria. luminal. grade 3. Immunohistochemical strong expression. Conclusions: showed significant between immunohistochemical (p-value 0.0001). comparison of cytological versus histopathological grading of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast with correlation of lymph node status
background : invasive ductal carcinoma is one of the most common type of tumors in females, constituting a single large group of breast cancers. there are various prognostic factors, of which tumor grade, size and axillary lymph node metastasis are among the important ones. fine needle aspiration cytology is a commonly used diagnostic technique in the initial evaluation of breast lumps. in the ...
متن کاملCorrelation of Altered Expression of the Autophagy Marker LC3B with Poor Prognosis in Astrocytoma
Glioblastoma multiforme is one of the most serious malignant brain tumors and is characterized by resistance to chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Recent studies suggest that autophagy may play an important role not only in the regulation of cancer development and progression but also in determining the response of cancer cells to anticancer therapy. The purpose of the present study was to ass...
متن کاملMaspin Gene Expression in Invasive Ductal Carcinoma of Breast
Background: The breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer among women, on the other hand absence of myoepithelial cells play a pivotal role in pathogenesis of this cancer. Thus we aimed to investigate the possible abilities of the molecular assay technique to find a relationship between mammary serine protease inhibitor (Maspin) gene expression possibly secreted by my...
متن کاملStudy of the Expression of miR-4270 in Plasma of Patients with Breast Invasive Ductal Carcinoma
Detection of tumor-specific microRNAs (miRs) in the blood of cancer patients may provide a unique and valuable biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. The aim of this study was to investigate whether plasma levels of microRNA-4270 could serve as a potential marker for breast invasive ductal carcinoma. A total of 40 breast cancer patients and 28 controls were recruited in this study. Total RNA wa...
متن کاملmicroRNA-10b expression and its correlation with molecular subtypes of early invasive ductal carcinoma
The present study aimed to determine whether the expression of microRNA (miR)-10b was correlated with the molecular subtypes of early invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of miR-10b in 193 patients diagnosed with early invasive ductal carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry was performed to evaluate the expression of estrogen receptor (ER)-α, ...
